From Franschhoek in South Africa’s Cape, a really delicious bubbly made in the champagne style by a tiny producer. Made predominantly from Pinot Noir with Chardonnay to complete the blend. Lovely salmon colour with hints of strawberry on the nose, zesty fruity flavours add to the crisp, long finish. A very exciting & beautiful find as well as being very affordable!
